November 10th marks the opening of In The Folds, an exhibition of new work by myself and Andrew Shondrick at Distinction Art in Escondido, CA. The show runs til December 1st, with a reception on 11/10, 6-10pm. Come by and say hi, and stay tuned for more pics of the work!
Each Halloween, Spoke Art in San Francisco hosts the annual Wes Anderson themed show, Bad Dads. This year I decided to attempt a sequel to the “Murray Time” series I did for one of the previous shows. Check out all of the amazing work here!
The Moon Goddess show opens at Modern Eden in SF this Saturday, the 27th and has a ton of great artists contributing to it. Here is mine, and here is some more info.

The Bob Ross tribute show, Happy Little Trees, opens tonight at the Screaming Sky gallery in Portland, Oregon. Curated by the mighty Aaron Jasinski, the show has an impressive list of artists paying homage to our favorite instructional painter.
Alix Sloan, of Sloan Fine Art, has but together an incredible list of artists for the fundraising exhibition “Awakened”. Proceeds of the work sold will go to Adopt-A-Pet in support of their mission to help find loving homes for homeless pets. I went with giant, white, flash eyed kitties for this piece, “Stormy”. The show opens September 22nd at AFA NYC!
Prisma Collective‘s group show, “Blood”, opens this Saturday the 18th at WWA in Los Angeles. It’s one of two small shows we are opening in preparation of our big show in San Diego in early 2013. Come by and say hi (we’re in the project room) and stay tuned for “Milk” opening this fall in the UK!
This year, Gallery1988‘s annual Crazy 4 Cult show is being held at a pop up gallery in New York. The show opens Thursday, August 9th and promises to be an insane collection as ever. I did a giant Zig Zag cover with the Dude. The original is 20×30″! Prints available here.
“There’s always money in the banana stand” opens this Friday, June 29th, at Gallery 1988 Melrose. I’m a huge fan of the show Arrested Development, and always had a fondness for the episode “In God we Trust”. I had memories of going to the type of art recreation productions that is depicted in the episode that I had completely forgotten. If you don’t know the show, this probably won’t make sense. You should go get some sense, and go watch the show.
